HAPPY ENDINGS 2005
Here are some of our first happy endings from 2005. Remember, we can only post photographs of our rescue dogs if we have photographs of them! Buster
This is Buster who is now living the highlife up in the Highlands! He is adored by his family who say they could never imagine life without him.

Skye
This is Skye he is a very playful "little boy". His mum says she needs to take out shares in a window cleaning company as she is constantly washing the windows due to the slobber! They still all love him to bits though ,and he has learned to fetch a cloth to get is face wiped, what a clever boy.

Basil
Meet Basil. He was rehomed quite a while ago but his Mum and Dad just got a new digi camera. He is their best pall!

Chaos
This little boy suits his name! He also went to his forever home at the week end. Everything is new to him, walks are interesting to the point of mad! He has had a couple of misshaps but with the love and patience of his new mum and dad I'm sure it wont take long for him to settle down!

Lomond
This young lady is the beautiful Lomond. She is named after one of her Mum and Dad's favourite places, and now has regular holidays there! Here she is sporting a BWS bandana!

Lucy (aka Bracken)
This lovely little girl was 8 months old when she went to her new home. Lucy was in foster care for a little while but she went to her "forever"home in July this year. These photos were sent to us in January 2008 and show her happy with her best friend Rocky.

Jess (aka Jessica)
Jessica is a loving and playful little girl. Like most boxers she loves her comfort! Preferably on your knee or couch. Her new family just think she's a perfect match for them and cant visualise any problems.

Update 07 Jess has now been in her new home for over two years and is still as madly loved as the first day she went home. Jess has a collection of cuddly toys that she adores! Also, she is helping take care of her "Dad" and, when he fell and hurt himself, it was Jess who ran around trying to make sure everyone knew and get help to him. What a clever girl she is.
Tyler
This handsome boy didn't have the best start to life. When his family had children he was discarded out to kennels, which turned him prematurely grey round his mask. He has needed hundreds of pounds of treatment to get him back on his feet. I'm glad to say he has found his forever home and his paws are firmly under the table.

Update Oct 2007 Earlier this year Tyler was joined by a new playmate by the name of Tessa. Young Tessa is giving Tyler a run for his money "but they are perfect playmates. He shares his bed,his sofa and his kennel with her and they go on holiday together ..... They were definetley made for each other "

Brook
Brook is now in his forever home. He is not too great with other dogs although he picks and chooses who he likes! He gets on well with all people and children. Just too keep everyone on their toes he has selective hearing! He likes nothing better than to get up on the couch and watch tv while giving cuddles. He loves to play with footballs and has been known to "kill"them .

Seth
This nosey chap went off to his new home in the summer this year and joined a new best friend Roxy, who he soon became insperable from.

Update Oct 2007 Seth settled into his new home immedaitely and soon became inseparable from Roxy. They have enjoyed plenty of fun walks together and have been on several dog friendly holidays, being totally spoilt by everyone who meets them. Apparently Seth has a penchant for the odd bit of cheese and is the most affectionate and loving dog you are ever likely to meet.
Casi
Casi was re homed a while ago but we now have an update on her. Her new family feel that they have never been without her. Here are a couple of photos with her soul mate Zac enjoying her wonderful new life!

Clyde (aka Tigger)
This handsome man went off to his new home in August this year. His new Mum and Dad think he is just "magic" and are totally thrilled with him and, as you can see, he is well settled and definitely enjoys his outings!

Maverick
This handsome lad has just found his forever home, he goes everywere with his new mum! He just loves playing and going for walks, either in the near by fields or local beach.

Reece
This boy has done really well. He has a home with a doggy friend. At first he was a bit bemused but now accepts them as part of his new home. He loves walking on the beach and sneaking up on to mum and dad's bed!!!! Well they all love their comfort don't they?

Update Nov 2007 These pictures were sent to us in November 2007 and just goes to show how much Reece has settled in! Reece had a very lucky escape earlier this year when he managed to escape from the garden. He was actually hit by a train and found on the tracks by the police, who thought he was dead! Reece had to have surgery on his back legs and is now making a good recovery. Just goes to show, you have to be extra vigilant with these boxers!!
Kayla
Kayla was a pleasure to have (even though only for a little while). She was full of boxer kissess and ready to play! Her new Mum and Dad thought she was perfect for them. She greeted them with a kiss and a paw!

Heskey
Here is the very handsome Heskey. He's having a great time in his new home, everyone thinks the world of him! When his mum and dad are out and he fancys a wee stroll round the garden he has his own dog flap in the back door!

Rocky
Gorgeous Rocky went off to his new home in April this year and his family already love him to bits. Here are some wonderful photos that were sent to us in November 2007 to keep us updated. He certainly looks like he is living a wonderful life!!

Zak
This is Zak who we also rehomed recently. Through us, Zak has found a loving new family. Zak is the second boxer we know of who walks to heel, with the other being the 'other' Zac. Something in the name maybe? Zak is a typical boxer who is adored by his new family.

Bruno
This is the very handsome Bruno who found a loving new family. Bruno is very much loved in his new family, a lucky young boxer. As you can see from his photo Bruno has lovely manners, he is so sweet, so sweet in fact that he nearly didn't make it out of the arms of our volunteers!

Jo (aka Brandy)
This is the lovely Jo who found a new home in Feb 05. Jo is very happy now. Has lots of toys, cuddles and walks. Her family feel they have had her "forever" Latest news from Jo's new family. They have sold the motorbike as Jo couldn't get a crash helmet to fit! She goes with them everywhere. Ah how nice. A big thank you from all of us for giving Jo such a wonderful home.

Leo
Leo is a 10 month old pup, and as you can see from the photo, he has settled in well in his new home.

Update Nov 07 As you can see, Leo has grown into a beautiful boy!! Here is a message from his Mum and Dad: - "Leo is a big strappling lad and loves his cuddles and sleeping on the couch. He is a lazy fella and has been known to do the occasional sit down protest when we are out walking him ......and he ain't easy to move when he decides he has had enough. Leo is a wonderful dog and we couldn't imagine life without him".
Taz
This is Taz. what a lovely boy so sweet his new mum and dad think he is wonderful he is enjoying life to the full and giving lots of boxer kisses. In 2007 Taz's Mum and Dad came back to BWS and took home Rosie, who you will find in Happy Endings 2007.

Morgan and Jack
Now what a pair. Morgan was adopted first and was such a good girl that they came back for a friend in the form of Jack! Now they are inseperable.

Katie
Katie found her new home earlier in the year. The second lot of photos were taken while she was in foster but as you can see, this gorgeous girl is now loving her new life!

Hamish (aka Rocky)
What a handsome young man this is. he has settled in to his new home with ease and has every one spoiling him rotten. Apparently he is well known and well loved in his village. Good boy Hamish! The photograph of on the left was taken in 2006.

Ben
This good looking man is Ben and he is nine. Ben went to live with his girlfriend called Haggis and they get on like a house on fire. They love nothing more than going on the long hikes their mum takes them on - lucky pair!

Issac
This is Issac he gets loads of attention and lots of walking, he has never been so happy.

George
This beautiful boy is George. He was given to us to be rehomed but when people came to see his as prospective adoptees they thought he was ugly!! How could they? George has stayed with Lorraine and joined her other mad lot and she loves him to bits!!

Kipper
This handsome lad has found a great home in the borders. He has plenty of long walks and drinks by the stream. His family's neighbour has asked us for a dog "just like him" I think he's a hard act to follow.

Update Feb 08 The right hand photo has just been sent to us. His Mum and Dad say that, although he always manages to look grumpy, he is well loved and very much part of the family.
Bruno
This stunning chap happens to have the proud honour of being the first boxer rehomed by Boxer Welfare Scotland, and what a face to start with!! An update in 2007 tells us that he is still the centre of attention and is totally loved and adored by all those around him. His Mum says he is THE most handsome boxer in the world! Well done Bruno!
