Happy Endings 2005

Buster
This is Buster who is now living the highlife up in the Highlands! He is adored by his family who say they could never imagine life without him. Photo three was taken at Buster's follow up check in April 2008

Jack
This is Jack, looking ever so gorgeous! His kind mummy and daddy also donated a whole box full of wool for our doggie coats. Jack now lives with his best friend Cally, seen here, and four italian spinones!!
Buster
Poor Buster wasn't the happiest of souls when we went off to his new. He is deaf and suffered from separation anxiety but, thankfully, his new family worked hard and stuck with him. Buster is now extremely happy and loves life!! These photos were sent to us in November 2008 and show just how happy he is. Lucky Buster.
Hamish (aka Rocky)
What a handsome young man this is. he has settled in to his new home with ease and has every one spoiling him rotten. Apparently he is well known and well loved in his village. Good boy Hamish! The photograph of on the left was taken in 2006.
Jasper
This handsome boy went off to his new home in October this year. As you can see, he loves to play in the water, the muddier the better!
Chaos
This little boy suits his name! He also went to his forever home in October. Everything is new to him, walks are interesting to the point of mad! These photos were sent to us in August 09 and it is very clear that Chaos is a very happy and settled boy. His Mum says he has finally started to calm down and behave normally. The last photo shows him with his new best pal, Bailey, the two of them have lots of fun together. Good boy Chaos!

Lomond
This young lady is the beautiful Lomond who went home in October this year. She is named after one of her Mum and Dad's favourite places, and now has regular holidays there! Here she is sporting a BWS bandana!
Sam (aka Cosmo)
Sam went off to his new home in September this year. We hope to have photos of him all settled in with his new family very soon.
Rosie
Beautiful Rosie went off to her new home in the borders in October this year. Her Mum thinks she is just wonderful. Rosie is deaf but has settled in well and is a lovely babe. We hope to have photos of her soon.
Morgan
Gorgeous Morgan went home in Oct this year and her new family fell totally in love with her. She was such a good girl that they came back for a friend and Jack joined her in August 06. Now they are inseperable. The first photo was taken when Morgan visited us at Pets at Home in Renfrew in June 09.

Polo (aka Apollo)
This handsome chap went off to his new home in September this year and his new Mum just loves him to bits. These photos were taken in October 2008 during Polo's follow up check and it is obvious that Polo is a very happy and well loved boy. His mum says he is totally spoilt to the max!!
Skye
This is Skye he is a very playful "little boy". His mum says she needs to take out shares in a window cleaning company as she is constantly washing the windows due to the slobber! They still all love him to bits though ,and he has learned to fetch a cloth to get is face wiped, what a clever boy.
Clyde (aka Tigger)
This handsome man went off to his new home in August this year. His new Mum and Dad think he is just "magic" and are totally thrilled with him and, as you can see, he is well settled and definitely enjoys his outings!

Fergal
Fergal went off to his new home in July this year. He now has a new owner who has all the time in the world for him!

Jess (aka Jessica)
Jessica is a loving and playful little girl. Like most boxers she loves her comfort! Preferably on your knee or couch. Her new family just think she's a perfect match for them and cant visualise any problems.
Update 07 Jess has now been in her new home for over two years and is still as madly loved as the first day she went home. Jess has a collection of cuddly toys that she adores! Also, she is helping take care of her "Dad" and, when he fell and hurt himself, it was Jess who ran around trying to make sure everyone knew and get help to him. What a clever girl she is.
Lucy (aka Bracken)
This lovely little girl was 8 months old when she went to her new home. Lucy was in foster care for a little while but she went to her "forever"home in July this year. These photos were sent to us in January 2008 and show her happy with her best friend Rocky.

Taz
This is Taz. what a lovely boy so sweet his new mum and dad think he is wonderful he is enjoying life to the full and giving lots of boxer kisses. In 2007 Taz's Mum and Dad came back to BWS and took home Rosie, who you will find in Happy Endings 2007. In 2008 Taz was diagnosed with MCT and you can read more about his experience here.
Seth
This handsome boy went off to his new home in June 2005 Seth settled into his new home immediately and soon became inseparable from Roxy. They have enjoyed plenty of fun walks together and have been on several dog friendly holidays, being totally spoilt by everyone who meets them. Apparently Seth has a penchant for the odd bit of cheese and is the most affectionate and loving dog you are ever likely to meet. These photos were sent in October 2009.

Tyler
Handsome Tyler had a rough start which has made him go prematurely grey! Thankfully Tyler went off to his new home in June this year and is now living a happy life and even has a new playment in Tessa. The two are inseperable! Most of these photos were taken during a follow-up visit in Oct 08 and it's good to see Tyler still looking so well!

Maverick
This handsome lad has just found his forever home, he goes everywere with his new mum! He just loves playing and going for walks, either in the near by fields or local beach.
Brook
Brook is now in his forever home. He is not too great with other dogs although he picks and chooses who he likes! He gets on well with all people and children. Just too keep everyone on their toes he has selective hearing! He likes nothing better than to get up on the couch and watch tv while giving cuddles. He loves to play with footballs and has been known to "kill"them .

Basil
Meet Basil. He was rehomed in June this year. His Mum and Dad say he is their pall! Basil has settled in to his new life wonderfully and the first photo was sent to us in June 09. Basil had his follow up check in early 2009 and he looks great.

Reece
This boy has done really well. He has a home with a doggy friend. These photos were sent in June 08 and it's lovely to see Reece looking so happy and well! The labrador in the background is Reece's "partner in crime" and they both enjoy getting filthy together on the beach!
Nov 07 Reece had a very lucky escape in 2007 when he managed to escape from the garden. He was actually hit by a train and found on the tracks by the police, who thought he was dead! Reece had to have surgery on his back legs and is now making a good recovery. Just goes to show, you have to be extra vigilant with these boxers!!
Lubo
What a handsome boy Lubo is! Here he is a few months after being rehomed with his new forever friend, Keira. In November 2008 Lubo joined Boxer Welfare Scotland on the East V West Sponsored walk and had a ball!!

Heskey
Here is the very handsome Heskey. He's having a great time in his new home, everyone thinks the world of him! When his mum and dad are out and he fancys a wee stroll round the garden he has his own dog flap in the back door! These photos were updated in April 09

Kipper
This handsome lad has found a great home in the borders. He has plenty of long walks and drinks by the stream. His family's neighbour has asked us for a dog "just like him" I think he's a hard act to follow. The first two photos were taken in Sept 08 at his follow up check.

Casi
This sweet girl went off to her new home in April this year. Her new family feel that they have never been without her. Here are a couple of photos with her soul mate Zac enjoying her wonderful new life!

Zak
This is Zak who we also rehomed recently. Through us, Zak has found a loving new family. Zak is the second boxer we know of who walks to heel, with the other being the 'other' Zac. Something in the name maybe? Zak is a typical boxer who is adored by his new family.

Leo
Leo was rehomed as a 10 month old pup, and has grown into a very handsome young man. Sadly Leo suffers from a thyroid problem but that doesn't stop him living life to the full and is totally happy and loved in his home. "Leo is a big strappling lad and loves his cuddles and sleeping on the couch. He is a lazy fella and has been known to do the occasional sit down protest when we are out walking him ......and he ain't easy to move when he decides he has had enough. Leo is a wonderful dog and we couldn't imagine life without him" These photos were taken at Leo's follow up in Dec 08.

George
This beautiful boy is George. He was given to us to be rehomed but when people came to see his as prospective adoptees they thought he was ugly!! How could they? George has stayed with Lorraine and joined her other mad lot and she loves him to bits!! George is part of a large boxer family and loves his sisters Lucy and Millie.

Jo (aka Brandy)
This is the lovely Jo who found a new home in Feb 05. Jo is very happy now. Has lots of toys, cuddles and walks. Her family feel they have had her "forever" Latest news from Jo's new family. They have sold the motorbike as Jo couldn't get a crash helmet to fit! She goes with them everywhere. Ah how nice. A big thank you from all of us for giving Jo such a wonderful home. The first photo was taken when Jo joined us at the Vet School Rodeo in April 09.
Bruno
This stunning chap happens to have the proud honour of being the first boxer rehomed by Boxer Welfare Scotland, in Jan 2005, and what a face to start with!! His Mum says he is THE most handsome boxer in the world! These photos were taken at follow-up visit in Oct 2008 and show just what a happy boy Bruno is!
