Happy Endings 2008

Ruby

This stunning wee girl went away to her new home at the very end of 2008, making certain that 2009 will start with a bang for her! Ruby now has a two legged sister and brother who just adore her and she has been known to sneak up on their beds for quick snooze. The first three photos were sent to us in July 09.

Murphy

This happy, easy going gent went off to his new home just before Christmas and is already being totally adored - of course! His new Mum and Dad fell in love with him instantly and think he is just great. Lucky boy Murphy!

Harry

Harry broke some hearts when he left us in December, but this handsome chap has certainly landed on his feet with his new Mum and Dad. They think he is just wonderful and love him to bits. He has already been to Pets at Home and made himself welcome!

Brogan

This gorgeous face belongs to Brogan and he was lucky enough to go home with his brand new family in November. Brogan is certain to be the centre of attention and his new two legged brother and sister think he is just the best! He has been on lots of walks and is loving his new life.

Digger

Sweet little Digger went off to his new home and now has a new big sister to play with, Millie. Digger and Millie are getting on really well and his new family think he is just wonderful and very clever. Digger is guaranteed lots of fun and love! These photos were sent in Feb 2010 after a lovely holiday with his Mum and Dad, and Millie of course.

Samuel (aka Bruno)

The very handsome Samuel went off to his new home with a very happy new Mum and Dad. His new Mummy is completely over the moon with him and says he is just perfect!! They are all looking forward to many years of happy family time ahead.

Doris (aka Charlie)

This sweet little girl is called Doris and she has joined another BWS babe, Archie. Poor Doris has had a rough start in life, but things are definitely looking up for her now! Archie and Doris are the best of friends and she is certainly enjoying a nice comfy life.

Malcolm (aka Chance)

This sweet little boy went off to his new home in November this year. He now has a boxer brother and sister called George and Mildred and a boxer auntie called Maggie. Both George and Millie are totally in love with Malcolm and George follows him around everywhere! He also has a "cousin" called Maggie. His new Mum and Dad are just thrilled to have him in their family.

Cash (aka Sonni)

This adorable face belongs to Cash who happily went off to his new home in October this year. Cash has a wonderful life playing with his boxer brother, Rocco and his new little playmate, Orlando! He is one happy boxer as these photos clearly show.

K-os

Sweet little K-os is happy and settled in her new home. She has some new friends to play with, both four legged and two and is getting on well with them all. Her new Mum and Dad can't believe how quickly she has settled in and everyone they have met have said how gorgeous she is. Kos is certain to be very happy in her new home!

Blue

Gorgeous Blue went off to his new home in October. Blue is deaf and is now living with three other dogs, including Sasha and Phoebe, two other boxers. They are all having a ball, although the girls are having to get used to Blue's exuberance!! They are all having great fun playing together and his new Mum and Dad are totally besotted with him and say he has a wonderful loving nature.

Holly

Sweet little Holly went off to her new home and family in October and they all adore her to bits. She has two new two legged brothers and a two legged sister who she loves to play with all day. Her new family cannot believe how lucky they are to have Holly in their lives.

Henry

This handsome face belongs to Henry and he went off to his new home in October this year. Henry is going to be completely spoilt by two families as he will be staying with his "grandparents" every day! What a lucky boy! His new Mum and Dad have already discovered that Henry is a bit of an escapologist but love him to bits and are thoroughly enjoying having him in their lives. These photos were sent in July 09 and, as you can see, Henry is very happy if not a little naughty!

Lucy

Little Lucy headed off to her new home in Oct and joins BWS babe Issac. Both are now inseperable and her Mum and Dad say they cannot believe that she hasn't always been with them. Lucy and Issac are getting along famously and enjoy their walks and fun together.

Zoe and Roxy

Zoe and Roxy are lucky enough to have gone off to their new home. Both girls are absolute sweethearts and their new family are already besotted with them, and how could they not be!! Update April Sadly we lost poor Zoe to the bridge in March 09 after a short illness. Roxy has now been joined by Alfie (last picture) and he is helping mend her broken heart.

CJ

Beautiful CJ went off to her new home in October. Her Mum and Dad had seen her photo on the website and were already in love with her before they met her!! CJ is certain to be the centre of her new family's world.

Bronson

This cute little face belongs to Bronson who went off to his new home in September. Bronson has two labrador pals who he runs around with all day and then gets a walk on the beach afterwards - what a lucky boy he is. Bronson is settling in fantastically and is a really easy going, happy boxer boy! These photos were sent to us in August 2009 and Bronson has certainly grown into a very handsome young boxer.

Kai

This little girl went off to her new home and joined her new best buddy Ottis. Kai has settled in well and is enjoying having someone to play with and run around with. Her Mum and Dad think she is just wonderful and just love having her in their lives.

Dave (aka Rocky)

Well this little boy went off to his new home in September and has certainly been keeping his new Mum and Dad on their toes. They say he is an absolute live wire and are having lots of fun with him. His new Mum and Dad are totally in love with him and think he is just wonderful. The first three photos were sent to us in Jan 2010 and we know he now likes to play with some doggy pals - good boy Dave.

Sonny

Special Sonny captured a lot of hearts at Boxer Welfare Scotland, but we are thrilled that he is tucked away in his new home. Sonny has settled in so well that his Mum & Dad think he has always been there. He has some two legged sisters to play with and they are all enjoying lots of games in the garden. Good boy Sonny, happy new life.

Buster

Lucky Buster went off to his new home in September this year. Buster joins an extend BWS family as he has a BWS "cousin" Beefir. As you can see the two boys get on fantastically. His new Mum and Dad say Buster has settled in great to the family. He is a ball and stick obsesed dog and is great fun to play with. Beefir often teases him by stealing his stick, but Buster won't give up till he gets it back!

Samson (aka Benson)

Stunning Samson headed off to his new home in August and joins his new best pal Misha for a new life of fun and games. Samson also has a new two legged brother and they are already firm friends! Samson's mum is just delighted with him and says he is very much part of their family. As you can see, he has certainly made himself at home!

Lily (aka Cocoa)

Darling Lily went off to her new home and joins her new "big" sister, Poppy the yorkshire terrier. Both girls are getting on very well and Lily is definitely learning who is boss! In 2009 Lily gained a new best friend, a rabbit called Fern and Lily just loves her. These photos were sent in Feb 09. In May 2010, Lily was joined by Marley, another BWS babe.

Riley (aka Lewis)

This sweetest little chap went off to his new home in August this year and now has the handsome Kai to play with. His new Mum and Dad cannot believe how lucky they are to have such a gorgeous wee chap in their lives! Kai is loving having a little brother to play with. These photos were updated in Aug 09 and as you can see Riley loves being with his big brother!

Levi

Stunning Levi was lucky enough to go to his new home in August and has settled in well with his big boxer brother Tikka. They are already good pals and Levi also has some a two legged brother and sister to keep him company too! Lucky Levi!

TJ and Rojo

This lovely pair of boxers joined their new family in August and have rapidly settled in and are already being totally doted on!! They are certain to be kept very busy with their new two legged brothers and everyone is just thrilled to have TJ (white) & Rojo in their lives.

Darcy

This little sweetheart went home in August. She now has a new two legged brother and will certainly have all the fun and games she could need with him. Darcy has settled in very well and is already making herself very much at home. The first photo was taken when Darcy joined us at the Vet School Rodeo in April 09.

Jake (aka Bailey)

Sweet little Bailey went off to his new home in August this year and now has two big sisters, Kia and Kiera. He has settled in well and is a huge hit with the family. Here he is in his new home and with his sisters.

Rocco

Handsome Rocco went off to his new home in July this year and is already settling in well. His new Mum and Dad think he is just wonderful and say they couldn't have asked for a more loving dog. These photos were sent to us in May 09 and you can certainly see that Rocco is very happy and settled and looks fantastic!

Thai

This sweet little girl came in to us in a terrible state as she has demodectic mang and youou can read more about this on Thai's tragic story. Thai came in to foster, but her new family fell in love with her so much that they couldn't bear to see her go. In Jan 2009 Thai got the all clear for her mange and, as these photos show, she is looking fantastic!

Dana

Sweet Dana headed home in July and is definitely going to be one spoilt little girl. Her Mum and Dad had decided she was theirs even before meeting her and fell in love with her at first sight. We often say that our boxers have landed on their feet, but in this case it is definitely true. Dana's new Mum and Dad haven't stopped raving about her since she came home! The first two photos were taken when Dana visited us during our Pets at Home day in Aberdeen in Sept 09.

Kyser

This handsome chap has had a hard life with lots of different homes, but hopefully he has found his forever home now. Kyser is only around 2 years old but is a wonderfully happy dog! He now has two boxer sisters, Morgan and Milo, who come and visit and play with him and life couldn't be happier for wee Kyser!

Jake and Kacey

This beautiful bonded pair went off to their new home in June this year. Jake (brindle) and Kacey (red) have completely settled in to their new routine and lifestyle and are looking fantastic. Their new family are just besotted with them and Jake and Kacey feel the same!

Rocco

This lovely young boy joined his new friends Holly (boxer) and Jess in June this year. Rocco's family think he is a lovely addition to their family and he is thoroughly enjoying running around with his new pals. He has settled in well and is already part of the family.

Bonnie

Pretty little Bonnie went off to her new home in June and is already being totally spoilt and fussed. Lucky Bonnie will now get all the fuss and attention she deserves!

Roxy

Poor Roxy has had a bit of a hard life and was in foster for a long time. Thankfully, in June, this beautiful girl found her new forever home and joins another BWS babe Jackson and another boxer Becky. All three get along famously and Roxy is certain to be totally loved and spoilt rotten in her new home.

Piper

Gorgeous little Piper was our last rehome for May. She has headed off to her new forever home and now has three two legged sisters and an extra "Auntie" to fuss over her. Her whole family is just besotted with her.

Keisha

This lovely, gentle white girl went off to her new forever home in May. Keisha joins the beautiful Kaya who is teaching her that the world is a safe place to be. Keisha is already gaining confidence and is learning that life is good thanks to her new Mum and Dad who just love her to bits.

Talla (aka Henry)

This beautiful little boy went off to his new home in May, joining a huge Boxer Welfare Scotland family! Little Henry is deaf, so he will get plenty of extra training with the help of his boxer buddies Tyler, Jack and Cally. His new Mum and Dad are VERY excited about having Henry in their family.

Bess (aka Diamond)

This sweet little girl went off to her new home at the end of May. Bess is already enjoying her walks along the beach and her new Mum and Dad are thrilled with her. The first two photos were sent to us in January 09 and it is good to see Bess making herself so comfy!

Murphy

The very handsome Murphy went off to his new forever home in May. Murphy now has two two legged big brothers and a new four legged sister, Keira. He is sure to be totally spoilt and his new Mum and Dad think he is just fab! Murphy has settled in well and him and Keira are getting on really well.

Tye

Meet the lovely Tye. Tye has a new best friend, Buster and the two of them are getting along fantastically and are best buddies already! Tye certainly has found his new forever home.

Isla

This grand old lady came to us in April looking for a home. She went straight into foster and never left, so was officially rehomed in May! Isla has a new best friend with Chloe and is certainly enjoying her "retirement" years with her new family, who love her to bits. The first two photos were taken when Isla joined us at the Festival of Historic Transport in June 09.

CJ

This lovely, tiny girl went off to her new home in May and is already being totally spoilt. Her new Mum and Dad think she is just wonderful and she is thoroughly enjoying all the attention and fuss she is getting, which is no more than she deserves.

Boris (aka Jake)

This beautiful boy went off to join Tatters at their home in the country. Tatters and Boris are getting on well and Boris is certainly enjoying his new life and home. Sadly Tatters passed away in the summer of 2008 and is sadly missed by Boris and the rest of her family.

Max

This handsome chap went off to his new home in April this year. Max is guaranteed to be totally spoilt by his new family and he now has some two legged brothers to play with and keep him amused! Apparently Max is hardly ever naughty - now that's amazing for a boxer!!

Cassie (aka Smartie)

This sweet little girl went off to her new home and joined another BWS babe Max in her new forever home. Cassie has settled in immediately and Max is certainly making her feel at home. Looks like Cassie is definitely going to be living the good life!

Honey (aka Molly)

Stunning Honey left for her new forever home in April this year. Honey is guaranteed to be totally spoilt and has a whole extended family looking after her! She is guaranteed lots of love, fuss and attention and everyone just adores her.

Tai

Beautiful little Tai trotted off to her new home in April this year and is already joining in family life with her two legged brothers. She loves playing football and has decided the couch is hers - typical boxer then!

Kai

Our beautiful special boy Kai found a new home where he can play with four other dogs. Kai's story touched a lot of hearts but he needed a very special home. His new Mum and Dad are thrilled to have him with them and will keep everyone in touch with his progress. These photos were sent in March 2010 to celebrate Kai's 2nd Gotcha day. Levi

Handsome Levi left for his new home and is extremely happy with life. His new Mum and Dad sent these photos in and say that he is settling in well and they are thrilled to have him in their lives. As you can see, he certainly has made himself comfy!

Amber

Little Amber went off to her new home in March this year and is already well settled in and happy. She has a new two legged sister and they are inseperable! Amber's new Mum and Dad think she is just wonderful and love her to bits!

Charlie (aka Tyson)

This lovely, gentle soul went off to his new home to meet his new brother Del. Charlie has deformed legs but this doesn't stop him getting around and enjoying life to the full! Del and Charlie are getting on really well and Charlie has settled into his new life well. The first two photos were taken at Charlie's follow up check in November 2008.

Miller

This lovely girl went off to her new home in March this year and joins her new friend Chance. Miller's new two legged brothers are enjoying throwing a ball for her, especially as she brings it back to them! The first two photos were sent to us in October 2009.

Archie (aka Brulee)

This wonderful boy went away to his new home in February this year. Archie is now the centre of attention and is getting lots of fuss and attention. Archie's family are part of the BWS volunteer family so we get regular updates. These photos were sent in March 2009 and show Archie with his boxer sister, Doris, who joined them in Nov 08.

Floyd (aka Punch)

This lucky lad has gone away to be totally spoilt! He has a new best friend in the form of Bubbles and his new family say that he is settling in well and Bubbles is showing him who is boss!!

Max

This sweet little face belongs to Max who headed off to his new home with a Mum and Dad who are totally in love with him. Max is a loving, gentle wee soul who just wants to be loved and we are certain he will get just what he needs now. How could anyone resist that face!

Lily (aka Millie)

This little lady went off to her new family in February and is already totally at home. Her Dad thinks she is just perfect and her new two-legged brother is completely in love! Who wouldn't be! These photos were taken at her follow up check in Dec 2008.

Kaiya

This gorgeous girl went off to her new home in February and is thoroughly enjoying being spoilt rotten. Her Mum and Dad are just thrilled to have her in their home and she is definitely part of their family. Her favourite thing is her football. These photos were taken during a follow up check in May 08.

Ollie

Handsome Ollie went off to his new home with a very excited new Mum and Dad. They are both very happy to have a boxer back in their lives again and we are certain Ollie is going to be spoilt rotten! His Mum and Dad say that they think he is part fish and is always muddy so constantly needs washing! Ah the joys of a white boxer!

George (aka Vinnie)

This energetic boy went off with his new Mum and Dad as happy as larry. They are absolutely besotted with him and can't believe their luck. Little George is only 11 months old and his Mum and Dad say he is a very quick learner and has already settled well into a routine. He has met sheep and horses and has made friends with the neighbour's collie already.

Duke and Jasper

Well finally these gorgeous boys have got the loving home they deserve! A VERY long journey didn't put off their new Mum and Dad and the boys arrived home, slightly tired, but just happy to be going to their new forever home. Here we have some photos of them settling in to their new home with their new four legged sister, Meg. Duke is on the left, Jasper on the right.

Harry

This happy little boy went off to his new family, where he is already being spoilt! He has settled in and is spending a lot of time sussing out his new environment and following everyone around!

Brachan

Handsome Brachan went off to his new home in January and is already well loved and settled. He loves his new friend Milly, who is a little lhasa apso, and they are set to become the best of friends. Brachan's new Mum and Dad are already totally in love with him but have had great difficulty in taking photos because he wont sit still!

Harvey

Our wee deaf boy, Harvey, went off to his new home in January this year. Harvey joins his new best friend Tavish as well as some two legged brothers and sisters! As you can see, Harvey and Tavish are set to become the best of friends. The left hand photos were taken at Harvey's follow up in feb 2009.

Ruby

Congratulations to Ruby on becoming our first Happy Ending of 2008. The bells were still vibrating when Ruby went off to her new home where her new Mum is just besotted by her. These photos were given to Boxer Welfare in April 2008 and it is quite clear that Ruby has settled in well and is being totally spoilt! The first photo was taken when Ruby joined us at the Vet School Rodeo in April 09.

In June 2009, Ruby raised £275 for the Vet School by taking part in the Doggy Dawdle.
