Happy Endings 2009

Bella
Bella was our last rehome of 2009, heading off a week before Christmas to her new home. Her new Mum fell in love with her straight away and she also has a very grown up two legged sister and brother who adore her too. These photos were sent in April 2010 and we are told that Bella is an avid hula hooper and loves her time at the caravan. She certainly looks like she is getting out and about alot!

Sam
Handsome Sam was very happy to go home with his new brother Busby and is now loving his new life with a best friend to play with. Sam's new Mum and Dad are just thrilled with him and he has settled in and made himself at home, eating them out of house and home almost immediately! Before Sam went home, he became a television star, appearing on STV's The Hour

Wylie
This very handsome boy headed up to the Highlands to join a large, happy family of boxers and is now enjoying having lots of boxer brothers and sisters to play with. Wylie's new family said he settled in straight away and is now very much part of the family.

Ben
Another sweet face found a new home when Ben went off in November. He now has a new best friend in Padders and he has settled in extremely well. His Mum and Dad had decided he was theirs before they had even met him! Ben is loving his new life and is very happy.

Alfie (aka Storm)
Energetic Alfie went off to his new home in November this year and now has a new boxer sister to play with in Mikka, as well as a rabbit! Alfie and Mikka are learning to play well and he is even being good when introduced to the rabbit. Alfie's new family think he is just wonderful and feel very lucky to have been chosen for him.

Toby
Handsome Toby spent a long time in kennels before he was lucky enough to find his perfect home. His new family, especially his dad, think he is just amazing and love him to bits. Toby is now enjoying family life and getting lots of walks.

Allie
This silver faced beauty is Allie who is now guaranteed total comfort and peace, along with a new boxer sister to play with in Stella. Both girls have settled together wonderfully and are enjoying each others company. Allie's new mum and dad think she is just lovely and are thrilled to have her in their lives. The last photo was taken when Allie popped in to our North Berwick coffee morning in Feb 2010.

Alfie
Wee Alfie trotted off happily to his new home and has made his new family complete. He now has a two legged sister who adores him and a life filled with fun and lots of activities. Sounds like Alfie has the perfect life ahead of him!

Millie
Sweet Millie has a love for life and is a very enthusiastic and energetic girl. Her new four legged brother, Ash, is finding it hard to keep up with her but Millie is getting lots of extra exercise running around the Highlands of Scotland! Her new Mum and Dad say it is just wonderful to have a boxer back in the family again and are thrilled to bits with her.

Barkley (aka Rocky)
Handsome little Rocky desperately needed a home where someone could look after him all the day and now he has found that. His new Dad and two legged brother think they are so lucky to have Rocky in their lives and Rocky definitely agrees with them! He is enjoying lots of walks and even more cuddles.

Floyd (aka Rocco)
Gorgeous Floyd now has a boxer brother, Stanley, to play with and the two boys are loving having each other to run around with. Stanley is deaf, so Floyd will be his new ears and his Mum and Dad think he is just amazing and can't believe they have him in their lives. The first two photos were sent in June 2010 and show Floyd in their new family home in England.

George found his new home and joins another BWS babe Skye and the two are already best pals, even if Skye is the boss! George's new mum says he is a well behaved, good mannered handsome boy and the whole family are just so happy to have them in their lives. Skye is really enjoying having a boxer pal to play with again.

Chris (aka Sox)
When BWS babe Yogi lost his best pal, Doug, his Mum and Dad knew there was only one way to make him happy again and that was to find him another pal. Along comes Sox and the two hit it off straight away. Sox has settled in really well and is loving having a boxer pal to play with and his new Mum and Dad are delighted to have him in the family and are thrilled that Yogi is happy again.

Baxter
Baxter went off to his new family in October and now has a new boxer brother to play with called Hero. As you can see, Baxter has already made himself at home and him and Hero are having fun getting to know each other. Baxter's new Mum and Dad think he is just wonderful and are very happy to have him in their lives, even if it does mean a new car!

Murphy
This very handsome boy went off to his new home in September and is already making himself at home. He loves to sit at the back gate and watch the world go by and is learning to play games with his new family. His new Mum and Dad are really pleased with how well he is doing and are planning on taking Murphy away on holiday very soon!

Katie (aka Princess)
Sweet little Katie went off to her new home in September, along with her two kitten sisters, to join her new family. Katie now has lots of room to run around in and lots of two legged brothers to play with. She has certainly landed on her feet and her new Mum and Dad think she is just the sweetest thing.

Tyson
Poor Tyson was already underweight when he came in to us and a stay in kennels didn't help him very much. Hopefully now that he is in his new home, he will soon gain lots of weight! His new Mum and Dad are just thrilled with him and he has already settled himself in and is loving being able to lie on a sofa. Well done Tyson.

Kody
Handsome Kody found his new home in September and now has a new boxer brother called Tubbs. Kody and Tubbs have been getting on famously and his new family say he is just perfect, apart from pulling a lot on the lead, like most boxers. Kody is very happy and is loving all the new attention.

Bubba
Lucky Bubba has settled into a wonderful new home and has a new best pal, Tasha, to play with. Bubba's new Mum and Dad were thrilled to be able to adopt him and think he is just wonderful. Bubba is very happy and having lots of fun with his new family. These photos were sent to celebrate Bubba's birthday in May.

Petra
You will never meet such a sweet, loving girl as Petra and thankfully she went off to her new home in Sept this year. She now has a best boxer pal in Ty which will hopefully help her get over the loss of her brother George. Petra's new Mum and Dad think she is just wonderful and fell in love with her immediately, they say Petra has settled in and is loving playing with Ty and enjoying the comforts of homelife, especially a sofa!

Hannah
Our sweet Hannah went off to her new home in September and has already made a huge impression on her new Mum who is just besotted. Hannah is learning to play with toys and is finding lots of places to hide them. She is learning to relax and enjoy life again as these photos that were sent in October show.

Kai (aka Akai)
This tiny, sweet girl went off to her new home in August and her Mum says that it already feels like she has always been there. She joins an extended BWS family and now has Woody as her best boxer pal and lots of two legged "grandchildren" to play with too. Her new family are just totally in love with her.

This stunning boy has really landed on his feet and is currently getting a new toy every day! His new Mum says she just can't help herself and his Dad is just as besotted. Kai is thoroughly enjoying his new life and is making the most of all the fuss and attention and just loves playing with all his new toys!

Mia
Lucky Mia headed north to her new home in the Highlands and now has two two-legged brothers to play with and a new doggy pal, Eric. Her brothers love to play ball with her and Mia is certainly enjoying playing with them. Eric is thoroughly happy to have a doggy pal in the house again and Mia has made her Mum and Dad very happy.

Ty (aka Tyson)
Ty trotted happily off to his new home in August and has completely won his new Mum and Dad's hearts! Ty is loving his new family life and is certain to be completely spoilt and loved for the rest of his life. What a lucky boy!

Millie (aka Fudge)
Beautiful Millie went off to her new home in August and has a two legged "sister" friend to play with as well as a big extended family who all think she is just wonderful. She has already settled in well and her new Mum thinks she is very well trained and such a good girl. Well done Millie!

Ralph
This special boy spent a long time with us but at the end of July he found his new Mum and Dad who think he is just perfect, even if he isn't good with other dogs! Ralph has settled in like he has always been there and is enjoying some home comforts, like a good sofa!

Mia (aka Maia)
Mia went off to her new home and is being thoroughly spoilt already. Her new Mum and Dad are thrilled to have her with them and think she is just wonderful. Tiny Mia has made the whole family fall in love with her and is enjoying her new home life. These photos were sent to us by her new Mum and Dad and show just how happy and settled she is.

Buddy (aka Bongo)
Happy Buddy went off to his new home in July and joins his new best friend Jack. Jack and Buddy are getting on famously. The whole of Buddy's family are thrilled to have him in their lives and his Mum says he is already picking up on Jack's bad habits!

Cassie (aka Tess)
Well Cassie is officially the most northern BWS babe with a whole island in the Orkneys to play on! Her Mum and Dad had to travel for nearly two days to get her which just shows how keen they were to adopt a rescue. Apparently Cassie loves chasing all the rabbits on the island, but hasn't caught any yet! She is also enjoy learning to swim and running around on all the beaches.

Buster
Easy going, happy Buster went off to his new home in July. His Mum was so excited about him coming home! He is now living a wonderful life and is sure to get totally spoilt and have lots of love. Well done Buster. The first three photos were sent to us from his new home and we can certainly see how settled and relaxed Buster is.

Levi
This beautiful face is Levi. Because of Levi's poor state of health, he cannot be rehomed so he has been adopted by Boxer Welfare Scotland. He is tucked up safe and sound with his new best boxer pals, running around and having the time of his life. Levi will receive all the vet care and treatment he needs, for as long as he needs it.

Ozzy
Exuberant Ozzy went off to his new home in July and joins his new boxer pal, Floyd. The boys are getting on famously and his Mum and Dad say he is settling in well. Good boy Ozzy.

TJ
Sweet TJ went off to his new home and joins his new four legged pal, Casper. TJ's new mum and two legged sisters think he is just wonderful and say they haven't laughed as much in ages. TJ is certainly going to have a fun filled life now!

Fletcher (aka Tyson)
This lucky boy now has the home he deserves and where he can just have fun and be himself. He will be surrounded by other dogs to play with and will be staying in the BWS "family" so we can keep in touch with him. Handsome Fletcher is certain to have a fantastic life of fun and games! The third photo was sent to us in December 09 and clearly shows just how far Fletcher has come on and now has lots of other doggie friends to play with.

Maccison
Lucky Maccison found his new home in June and how has a new two legged sister and Ruby, his new boxer sister. Maccison and Ruby are getting on fantastically, although Maccison insists on licking her face! His new Mum and Dad said they were a bit dubious about taking on a boxer who was 5 but say it is the best thing they could ever have done as he has settled in so well.

Tyler (aka Taylor)
This most handsome gent went off to his new home in June and his new family already feel like he has been there all his life. Tyler is already firm friends with his new two legged sister and it certainly looks like he is going to get all the love and fuss he deserves! These photos were taken in March 2010 and we are told that Tyler is a hit with everyone around him, he is great on the lead and gets on with all the other dogs. Clever boy Tyler!

Bailey
This stunning boy went off to his new home and now has a new boxer sister called Amber. Both are getting on really well and his family think he is just wonderful. Bailey has settled in perfectly and has a two legged brother to play with when he has worn Amber out!

Skye
Beautiful Skye went off to her new home in June and now has a best boxer brother called Cage. Cage and Skye are getting on wonderfully and are enjoying playing together. Skye's new family think she is just adorable and say she has settled in really quickly. She also has two big two legged brothers to play with and is very happy. These photos were sent in June 2010 and show Skye is clearly enjoying her new life.

Murphy (aka Zi)
This little chap went off to his new home in June and joins his new big sister, Katie. Murphy and Katie are in seperable and his new family are just thrilled to have him in their hearts. Murphy is deaf, so Katie will be helping teach Murphy the rules!

Rocky
This sweetest face belongs to Rocky and he went off to his forever home in June. Rocky now has a big boxer brother in Indy and the two boys are getting along fantastically. Rocky also has some two legged brothers to play with and he is certainly enjoying his new life. His Mum and Dad think he is just wonderful.

Max
This lovely boy went off to his wonderful new home in June. Max has settled in really well with his new big, boxer brother Travis and his two legged sisters. His new Mum and Dad say he is really nice natured and loves his toys.

Barney
Big Barney went off to his new home in May and joins his new boxer brother, Rocco. The boys are getting on fantastically and his new Mum and Dad love him to bits. Barney and his brother will be a regular at our Falkirk Wheel walks!

Scooby
Sweet, adorably Scooby was a worry to us as he had lost so much weight. Thankfully, his foster mum decided he was part of the family and decided to adopt him. He has now regained all his lost weight and has a new boxer sister Dixie to play with, as well as two legged brother and sister. Scooby's new Dad fell in love with him on day one and they are all thrilled to have him in their lives.

Sophie
Special Sophie needed a special home and that is exactly what she has got. Her new Mum and Dad and four legged brothers and sisters are already totally in love with her. Baillie & Brenna
This beautiful couple went off to their new home in May and have settled in very well. Their new Mum says they are very much part of the family and have been enjoying their long walks and BBQs. They have lots of two legged friends to play with too! Apparently Brenna (red) is very much the boss and loves her food and cuddles, whilst Baillie is a typical male loves footballs, and you would think he was on springs when he gets excited. The first two photos were sent to us in November 09 and clearly show just how comfortable they have made themselves!

Boa
Beautiful Boa went off to her new home in May and settled in straight away. Boa was so keen to go home with her new Mum and Dad that she jumped in their car and refused to get out! She was definitely going home with them. Her Mum and Dad think she is just wonderful and the whole family has fallen in love with her. Boa has already "bagged" her first munro in May 09 and the second two photos show her on two more munros in June 09. What a clever and fit girl she is!

George and Mildred
George and Millie went off to their new home in May and join an extended BWS family. They now have lots of boxer pals to play with as well as having lots of room to run around in and have fun. These two pint sized boxers are certain to have a very happy life and couldn't have gone to a better home.

This gorgeous boy went off to his new home in May and joins his new pals, Reina and Ben. Wallace's new family all think he is just wonderful and are very happy to have him in their lives. The first photo shows Wallace and Reina up on Ben Nevis in June 09, something not many boxers achieve!

Zac and Cora are now happily tucked up in their new forever home and join an extended family of BWS babes. They will certainly never be short of a friend to play with or someone to snuggle up to.

Happy little Stella went off to her new home in April with her new family and two legged brothers and Dave the rabbit! Her new family just adore her, especially her littlest brother. It looks like Stella has definitely landed on all four feet.

Lovely Molly went home in April this year. Poor Molly has had a rough few months and has a few problems but hopefully now she has her new Mum and Dad, things should be on the up for her. Her new family fell in love with her immediately and she is already being spoilt.

This darling little girl went off to her new home and joined her new brother, BWS babe Harry. Cooper and Harry are already firm friends and her Mum and Dad think she is just perfect.

This darling girl went off to her new home and joined her new pal Kassie. Both are getting on famously and Sophie is learning how to be a proper boxer after being used for breeding by a puppy farmer. Good girl Sophie. These photos were taken at Sophie's follow up check in Oct 09 and we are pleased to report that Sophie is a changed girl and is a happy and relaxed boxer girlie.

Blue
This gorgeous face belongs to Blue who went home in March this year. His new Mum and Dad say Blue is doing fine and he has met all his new family, including lots of grandchildren who Blue loved.

Aurora (aka Kyla)
In March this sweet little firecracker went off to her new home to play with her new brother, Buk. The two are completely inseparable and her new Mum and Dad are totally smitten and besotted with her. She is certain to be spoilt rotten. Luckily she is staying in the BWS family, so we will get to watch her grow up. These photos were sent in June 06 and you can see just how much she is growing up!

Rosie
Little Rosie went off to her new home in March and now has a best boxer buddy called Buster. Rosie and Buster are getting on wonderfully and her new Mum told us that she is just wonderful and says "house is a mess, garden a mess but I'm loving every minute of it."

Alfie
This big softy of a boy went off home with his new family in March this year. Alfie now has a two legged sister who is certainly going to keep him busy and entertained. His new Dad cannot believe what a wonderful boy he is and they are thrilled to have him in their lives. Good boy Alfie.

Sara
Sweet Sara went off to her new home in March and settled in immediately. Her two legged brother thinks she is just wonderful and her new Mum and Dad are besotted. She even has a new four legged friend in her "Gran's" Yorkshire Terrier.

Quiet little Cleo went off to be totally loved and spoilt in her new home in February this year. Her new family are totally over the moon with her and say they cannot believe how quiet and gentle she is. She has a new boxer friend in the family and they get on wonderfully, so she has a new pal to play with too.

Dougal
This handsome face belongs to Dougal who went off to his new home in the Highlands in February. Dougal now has a boxer sister called Sadie and the two are getting on wonderfully. His new Mum and Dad think he is just lovely. Well done Dougal.

Mollie
Sweet Mollie went off to her new home in February. Mollie how has a new sister Missie and both girls are getting on really well. Here is an update we got from Mollie's mum in April 09 "Mollie is mad as a brush, her and Missie are joined at the hip. They get on brilliantly All the kids who live nearby are always at the door for the girls to go out and play so shes having a ball. Last week they dug a huge hole in the garden when I went out to get them in they were black so they had to have a bath lol. Mollie is forever raiding her toy box, winding Missie up n hiding toys from her." The first three photos were sent to us in Feb 2010 and clearly show just how settled and happy Mollie is now!

This tiny little girl went off her new home in February this year. She joins Oscar who is loving having a new boxer buddy to play with. Both are getting on wonderfully and her new Mum is over the moon with her. The first two photos were taken during her follow up check in August 2009.

Tasha
Sweet little Tasha has had a troublesome start to her short life, but she is now settled with her new Mum and Dad. They love her to bits and are working very hard to help her with her separation anxiety and to help her feel safe in the world. These photos were sent to us in Mar 2010 and show Tash with her new brother, Bubba. Tasha still has lots of issues, but with all the love, time and patience her Mum and Dad are putting on, they are sure to get resolved.

Scooby & Skye
This gorgeous bonded pair went off to their new home in the Scottish Isles in January. Both have settled in very well with their new two legged brother and sister and are loving their new life. They love getting out into the woods at the back of their garden and would chase and fight over sticks all night.

Harley (aka Hurley)
The most handsome Harley has landed well and truly on his feet. Hi Mum says that this beautiful boy has completely changed her life. He is the most affection, soppy, smart, mucky, loving sweetheart and she looks forward to having many happy years with him. Good boy Harley

Glen
Sweet Glen went off to his new home in January and is already totally adored by his new two legged brother and Mum. Glen is a total star and his Mum says he is just fantastic. Looking at that face just makes your heart melt!

This stunning boy is living a wonderful life in his new home with his new pals, Dill (the boxer) and Troy. His new Mum and Dad have a wonderful B&B with a huge garden so Bruin gets to meet lots of new people and has plenty of space to run around!

Charlie
Sweet little Charlie was only 13 weeks when she found herself needing a new home. She is now safely tucked up with her new big brother, Dino and has a two legged brother to play with too. Her new Mum and Dad say she has completed their family. These photos were updated in Aug 09 and show what a gorgeous girl Charlie is growing up to be.

Snowy
This beautiful little girl has the honour of being the first boxer homed in 2009. Sweet little Snowy is deaf, but her new family say she has settled in fantastically and is doing really well.
