Another great day at Elgin with volunteers arriving from all over the country. Thank you to Emma and Christopher for chipping and to Lorraine, Jannyce, David, Nick, Linda and Sarah for their support and help on the day. £263 was raised and we even had a visit from local MP Angus Robertson who came along to show his support. Congratulations to Megan from Kinloss who won the "Guess the Name" competition.

30th August 2008

A microchipping and information day was held on 30th August and a fantastic £560 was raised. A huge thanks go to all those who came along to help, particularly Carrie and Kelly for all their chipping. Thank you to Emma, Ailene, Heather, Laura and Christopher for all their hard work and to Piper and Biff for being gorgeous. Was great to see Lorraine with George, Millie and, of course, Lucy pops. We must also say a MASSIVE thank you to all the staff for their time, support and for just generally being fab!

There were lots of dogs who came along to get chipped on the day, not all were photographed, we are grateful to each and every one of them, and their owners, for coming along and supporting Boxer Welfare Scotland.

June 2008

Once again Boxer Welfare Scotland descended upon the usual calm of Pets at Home in Elgin for an Information Day. We had a very busy day with our main guest Biff and his new mum, along with Boxer Welfare Scotland Founder, Lorraine Cumming popping in to say hello with Lucy, George and Millie. A fantastic £114 was raised, so thank you everyone who came along and gave their support and made a donation.

1st December 2007

Pets at Home were kind enough to allow us to return to the Elgin branch on Saturday 1st December. It was another succesful day and we managed to raise £129 just by donations and people being generous with their loose change! Once again, our thanks go to the Pets at Home team in Elgin for their support and help on the day! The cup of tea was wonderful!

As part of the fundraising we had a "Guess My Name" for a cuddly boxer toy. The lucky winner was drawn by store Manager, Debbbie at 5pm. Danni Munro from Elgin was the lucky winner and here she is being presented her "Chaos" by store Manager, Chris.

3rd November 2007

We were lucky enough to be allowed to set up a stall at Pets at Home in Elgin on 3rd November 2007. By just having a few items for sale and a couple of buckets on the tills, we managed to raise over £133!

Here is Karen with Carlyn from Pets at Home and, of course, Tizzy, who certainly pulled in the crowds.

We would like to say a big thank you to Pets at Home Elgin for their support on the day!
