Upcoming Fundraising Events

Here are some upcoming fundraising events we have planned in the near future.

Fundraising Dance - 25th February

A night of entertainment in Gullane's Village Hall on Saturday 25th February 2012. From 7pm to 9pm there will be a disco followed by live music from 'Blind Lemon' (until midnight). Will be running a raffle so will be on the hunt post Crimbo for any unwanted pressies or bottles of booze. 90% of all proceeds made will go to BWS & the remaining money to Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Order tickets to our Fundraising Dance online.

If you can't come along on the night, you can still donate by texting 'DANC12 £10' to 70070. You can change the amount from £5 to £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 and £10. No credit card needed, you simply pay the donation with your phone bill next time thats due!

BWS Online Auction - 29th Feb

We will be holding an online auction starting on the 30th Feb. Lots of great items available.

Linlithgow Microchipping - 4th March

We will be microchipping in Linlithgow on Sunday 4th March from 11am to 4pm. Come along and get your pet microchipped for a minimum donation of £15. Taking place in The Guide Hall. Dog Well Wynd. Linlithgow.

Prize Bingo - 30th March

Prize Bingo night at Allenton Miners, Shotts on the 30th Of March at 7pm. There will be raffles and selling of home baking and guess the rabbits birthday. Bar will be open for refreshments will also be tea and coffee served.

Glasgow Vet School Rodeo - 14th April

We have been asked along to the 52nd Glasgow University Annual Rodeo on the 14th April 2012. Will be looking for volunteers to come along on the day and also items for tombola. 

Vintage Car Rally in Forres - 6th May

We will have a stall at the Vintage Car Rally in Forres, held in Grant Park. Our event will be held on Sunday 6th May 2012. Our stall will have lots of boxer goodies, tombola, homemade tablet and our brand new popcorn maker.

Boxer Gala Day - 13th May

We are busy organising a Boxer Welfare Gala Day to be held in Falkirk on Sunday 13th May. Will be a great day for the whole family with lots going on including a barbecue, face painting, eating competitions, bucking bronco, gunge tank, fun competitions, dog show and much more. Should be a fun day we hope that you can come along to join us. Find out more about this event.

Doggy Day Out - 4th Aug

We have been invited to the Doggy Day Out in Calderglen this year.

Pets at Home Upcoming Events

Don't forget, we also hold regular microchipping and information days at Pets at Home branches across Scotland. We will be at pets at home for a microchipping events on the following dates. Please come along and get your dog or cat chipped or pop along to say hello. We would love to see there. Minimum of £15 donation.

Irvine Store - 18 February

Our volunteers will be at the PAH Irvine Store on the 18th February from 11am till 4pm. Come along to get your pet chipped for a minimum donation of £15 or come to say hi!
