Fundraising and donations are an important source of income for Boxer Welfare Scotland. We rely on this income to rescue and rehome boxer dogs across Scotland.
Fundraising ideas
- If you’re the sporty type you could take part in a sponsored activity such as a run, walk or fitness event
- Keen bakers could hold a cake sale to raise funds for Boxer Welfare Scotland
- If you live near one of our partner Pets at Home stores you could help us collect donations in store. We are partnered with three Pets at Home stores: Pentland, Cumbernauld and Bridge of Don in Aberdeen. If you’d like to help us fundraise in store at any of these locations, please get in touch!
Do you shop at Pets at Home?
Did you know you can also raise money as you shop? You don’t have to be shopping in one of our partnership locations to raise funds for Boxer Welfare Scotland. You just have to select us as your chosen charity and use your VIP card to help.
How it works:
For every £1 you spend at Pets at Home, you will earn one ‘Lifeline’. Every 500 Lifelines you collect will be converted into a £1 Pets at Home gift card, or the equivalent value of goods or services or cash, which will be donated to your chosen charity on a quarterly basis. If you choose Boxer Welfare Scotland, we can then use any gift card(s) to pay for goods or services in Pets at Home stores. Visit petsathome.com/support/pets-club to find out more.
